What is an intervention?
We work within your constraints, which means within your available time frame and budget, giving our best to your teams and your business.
Phase 1 (Discovery)
- One-on-ones with the senior site/project leadership team.
- Meeting with the trade union/’s leadership.
- Walk the fields and attend various site meetings.
- Consolidate observations.
- Presentation of observations and solutions to senior site leadership.
- Perception survey with senior site leadership about the experience up to that point, inclusive of alignment with observations.
Phase 1 will include immediate solutions and quick wins, without having to go into further phases.
Phase 2 (teambuilding)
- Team building and planning event
- Based on this 1 day session, a scope will be drafted with your team to determine if further support is necessary and/or if they are able to continue with their own interventions.
Phase 3 (IMPLEMENTatIon)
- Teams work their own plans.
- Minimal consultant interaction.
Phase 4 (optimisation)
- Minimal consultant interaction.
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship with key individuals.
Phase 5 (EMBEDDING)
- Minimal consultant interaction.
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship with key individuals.
